Can I return my order?

Online Purchases: From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to notify us of your intention to return it, and another 14 days to send it back to our Returns Center, otherwise you can return it in store.

In store: You can return your order to us within 14 days for a refund or 28 days for an exchange, provided the conditions of our returns policy are met.

What is your returns policy?

Orders must be returned in the same condition they were received (including original packaging).

Orders paid via PayPal must be sent to our Returns Center.

Gift Cards are excluded from our returns policy and cannot be returned. However, is it possible to refill them in any size store? in Italy.

How do I return my order?

If you paid by card is it possible to return your order in any Niki Nika store?. Just go with the product and the delivery note to any size? store. We will offer you a refund within 14 days or a product replacement within 28 days, as long as you comply with our returns policy.

Orders that have been paid for via PayPal cannot be returned to a store. Please send your order by post to our Returns Center.

How long do I have to send a product back?

Online Purchases: From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to notify us of your intention to return it, and another 14 days to send it back to our Returns Center, otherwise you can return it in store. Can I get a replacement product?

Exchanges are only possible in store and within 28 days of receipt. Can you take the product to the checkout in a size store? and we will offer you a replacement product.

If the new product costs more than the returned product, you can pay the difference in store. Otherwise, we will refund you the difference if the new product is cheaper than the original.

We are unable to exchange products through our Returns Centre. All directly returned orders will be refunded, as long as they meet our returns policy.

How long will it take before I receive the refund?

From the moment we receive your return by post, it can take up to 72 hours to process the refund, plus a couple of days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method. In any case, we will send you a confirmation email when your return has been accepted.

I have not received my refund

If you returned your order by mail and have not received a confirmation email or refund, please note that the Returns Center may take up to 72 hours to process your return. Taking into account this time frame, we ask you to give us 10 days to confirm your return.

If it has been more than 10 days, we recommend that you make sure your return has reached us. We cannot refund products that we have not received.

If you are sure that we have received your return correctly but you do not receive a confirmation email within 72 hours, please contact our Customer Service.

Contact us

In-store returns are processed immediately and the refund appears in your account within a few days. If you still have not received your refund, we recommend that you contact your bank.
